Section 01

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and menu888 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available at menu888.cam and all related subdomains, applications, and features (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the Service, or placing any wager on menu888, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including the Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time. • Account — the personal registered account created by a User to access the Service, including all associated wallet balances, bonus credits, and transaction history.
• Bonus Funds — any credit, free spin, cashback amount, or promotional incentive credited to a User's Account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering Requirement — the minimum total value of qualifying bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• KYC — Know Your Customer verification; the identity and age-verification process required by menu888 prior to processing withdrawals or increasing deposit limits.
• Real Money Balance — funds deposited by the User using a payment method (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency) that are available for wagering and withdrawal, subject to applicable terms.
• Restricted Jurisdiction — any country or territory in which accessing or using the Service is prohibited by applicable law or regulation.
• Force Majeure — any event beyond the reasonable control of menu888, including natural disasters, government action, cyberattacks, or infrastructure failures, that prevents or delays performance of obligations.
• MYR / RM — Malaysian Ringgit, the currency unit used for displaying account balances and transacting where specified for Malaysian users of the platform.

Section 03

Account Eligibility

Access to and use of menu888 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Service:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. menu888 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age requirement for all registered members. This requirement applies regardless of any lower legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
2. Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, resident of, or accessing the Service from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether participation in online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
4. Single account: Each individual may hold only one active Account on menu888. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances.
5. Own identity: You must register and play under your own legal identity. Accounts registered on behalf of another person, or using false personal information, are prohibited.
6. Not excluded: You must not have previously been self-excluded from menu888 or any associated platform, or have had an Account closed due to breach of these Terms.

Section 04

Account Registration

To access the Service, you must complete the account registration process on menu888. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number.

You agree to:

• Provide only truthful and accurate information during registration and at all subsequent times;
• Promptly update your account information if any details change;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials;
• Notify menu888 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Ensure your registered email address remains active and accessible, as it is used for important account communications.

menu888 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to state a reason. We may also request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle as part of our ongoing due-diligence obligations.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. menu888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Section 05

Deposits & Payments

menu888 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank), direct bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All deposits must originate from payment methods that are legally owned and controlled by the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by method. The general minimum deposit is RM 20 for e-wallets and RM 50 for bank transfers. Cryptocurrency minimums are denominated in MYR-equivalent values as displayed on the deposit page.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account in real time. menu888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
• menu888 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before crediting large deposits.
• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for local payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.

Section 06

Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC verification must be fully completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
2. Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied in full. Requests to withdraw funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements may be declined or result in forfeiture of the associated bonus.
3. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 for e-wallets and RM 100 for bank transfers. Maximum daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier.
4. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices.
5. Processing times are typically 5–30 minutes for e-wallets, and within the same business day for bank transfers, subject to the receiving institution's cut-off times.
6. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30–60 minutes and are subject to the relevant network confirmation times and fees.

menu888 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving any withdrawal. Suspected fraudulent, irregular, or suspicious activity may result in temporary withdrawal suspension pending investigation. Users will be notified of any such hold and given the opportunity to provide clarification.

Section 07

Bonuses & Promotions

menu888 offers various promotional incentives to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and tier-based VIP perks. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered members only. menu888 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion will specify its associated wagering requirement, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), eligible games, validity period, and maximum withdrawal limit on winnings derived from the bonus.
• Bonus Funds must be used before Real Money Balance. Where the platform permits selection, the User may be able to decline a bonus. Once a bonus is activated, it cannot be removed without forfeiture of the bonus amount and any associated winnings.
• Free spins winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they are withdrawable. Free spins are valid only on the designated game(s) and expire within the stated validity period.
• menu888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not affect bonuses already validly claimed under the original terms.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, exploiting deposit/withdrawal cycling, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and recovery of any funds withdrawn as a result of such abuse.

Section 08

Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on menu888 are provided by independently certified third-party game studios. Random Number Generators (RNG) used in non-live games are subject to regular third-party auditing to ensure statistical fairness and the accuracy of published Return to Player (RTP) percentages.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on menu888:

• The outcome of each game round is final and binding once the round has concluded. menu888 is not liable for technical errors caused by a User's device, internet connection, or browser.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the applicable game rules. Winnings will be credited if the round concluded in the User's favour.
• Collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software bugs, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per round, as displayed within the game interface.
• Live dealer games are governed by specific table rules displayed at the relevant table. Dealer decisions in live dealer games are final.

Section 09

Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of this section will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same identity or a different one;
• Using the Service if you are located in a Restricted Jurisdiction, or using VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using menu888 for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Impersonating any other person, entity, or menu888 representative;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interferes with the normal operation of the Service;
• Exploiting any technical error, system vulnerability, or software bug for personal financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corrupt wagering activity on sporting events;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of the menu888 support team or other users;
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content available on menu888, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, user interface design, trademarks, logos, text, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of menu888 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of menu888.

The menu888 name, logo, and branding are registered trade marks. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited. All third-party trade marks appearing on the platform remain the property of their respective owners and are used under licence.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, menu888, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Service;
• Any loss of funds or winnings due to technical failures, Force Majeure events, or third-party payment provider errors;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Reliance on any information or content published on menu888;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service for any reason.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, menu888's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under this Agreement shall be limited to the net amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 12

Account Suspension & Closure

menu888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A User is found to have breached any provision of this Agreement;
• Suspicious, irregular, or fraudulent activity is detected;
• KYC verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction;
• A User requests self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling policy;
• We determine that the User is accessing the Service from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Regulatory or licensing obligations require us to do so.

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance will be reviewed prior to return. Funds that are determined to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will not be returned. Users who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Voluntary account closures for responsible gambling reasons are processed in accordance with our self-exclusion policy detailed in Section 13.

In the event of any inconsistency between the English-language version of this Agreement and any translation thereof, the English version shall prevail.

Section 16

Amendments to These Terms

menu888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email to their registered address and by publishing a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required to comply with applicable law, in which case they may take immediate effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and close your account prior to the effective date.
